Each festival year we look out for a team of volunteers to assist us in making the festival happen. As the festival grows and we work on exciting projects inbetween festival dates we're on the look out for more volunteer assistance.

This is a unique opportunity for volunteers to get behind the scenes at the major festival and work alongside some of the industry’s top figures. BCB volunteers are usually based at the former Spode factory in Elenora Street, Stoke, and there are opportunities to assist on weekdays, evenings and weekends shifts split into four-hour sessions, we also provide training and reasonable travel expenses.

If volunteering with us sounds like something you'd be interested in, please reply to this call out and fill out the volunteer form and reply via email, let us know which area/s of work you'd be interested in, choosing from the following:

- Marketing
- Exhibition support
- Guided tours
- Carrying out visitor surveys
- Assisting with workshops
- Invigilating exhibitions
