We couldn’t run our festival without volunteers, and there’s still time to help us deliver an exciting programme of exhibition and events from 7th September – 13th October 2019. This is a unique opportunity for volunteers to get behind the scenes of a major festival and work alongside some of the leading figures in contemporary ceramics and socially-engaged art.

Volunteers will mainly be based at the former Spode factory in Elenora Street, Stoke. This historic building will be the main ‘hub’ of the festival and volunteers will have the opportunity to get behind the scenes, having a tour around the site and gain a deeper understanding of the artwork, exhibitions and events being shown.

For more information – read our volunteer call out and fill out the application form where you can tell us about your experience, why you’re interested in volunteering and highlight the area/s of work you’d be interested in. The following roles are available:

– Invigilation & Exhibition assistants
– Front of House assistants
– Engagement & Workshop assistants
– Install / De-install assistants
