You are invited to apply for the design commission of the CLAY School 2019 commemorative wall mounted plaque.
British Ceramics Biennial believes that every child should have the opportunity to get clay under their fingernails and be inspired by the transformational properties of ceramics.
CLAY School is a national programme from the British Ceramics Biennial that shows the importance of hands-on art, cultural education, and demonstrates pathways to creative industries.
As part of their membership and to recognise their support, CLAY School Plaques are awarded to member schools annually at the CLAY School Conference Event, which takes place at World of Wedgwood.
BCB are offering a fee of £1000 for the design and production of the 2019 CLAY School Plaque which will be awarded to the 20 CLAY schools at this year’s conference event.
