Emily Campbell is the Learning & Participation Manager for BCB with a background in arts education. After joining the team in July 2024, she developed creative programmes connecting young people with arts and culture in the city. Having grown up in Stoke-on-Trent, she is particularly passionate about creating opportunities for local schools and communities. She strives to ensure creativity and culture remain accessible to young people.
Emily’s work is driven by a commitment to inclusion and gaining skills and experience through creative participation. By designing programmes with co-creation and collaboration at the centre, she fosters a sense of community in young people. Previously a secondary school teacher, Emily also has experience teaching in a range of formal education settings, including primary and SEN schools.
