British Ceramics Biennial (BCB) is seeking to appoint an experienced project manager/evaluation expert to manage and deliver the evaluation of the 2025 British Ceramics Biennial in Stoke-on-Trent.
From 6 September to 19 October 2025, BCB will present a free, six-week celebration of contemporary clay and creativity. The 2025 Biennial will feature the work of over 60 artists. Spode Works – the post-industrial site of the original Spode factory – will be animated by exhibitions, screenings, talks and events, shining a light on Stoke-on-Trent’s industrial heritage and creative spirit.
About the role
The scope of the brief includes developing and implementing an evaluation methodology, managing data collection and delivering a final 2025 Biennial evaluation report. The design and delivery of the evaluation should be based upon BCB’s Impact Framework and Arts Council England’s Let’s Create Investment Principles. The 2025 Biennial evaluation should document a range of quantitative and qualitative data collection, including visitor surveys, artist surveys and participant interviews. Please refer to the Evaluation Brief document for full details.
