BCB Apprentice Business Administrator

BCB has an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join the BCB team.

British Ceramics Biennial is looking for an Apprentice Business Administrator to join our small, busy team in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience across office administration, finance support, and front-of-house work at a leading contemporary ceramics charity.

You’ll support everything from diary management and correspondance to helping run our archive and welcoming visitors to BCB events – all while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator qualitication with Stoke-on-Trent College.

 

Wage: £12,480 (Year1)

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:30am – 4:30pm (30hrs/week)

Duration: 1 year and 6 months

Start date: Monday 2 November 2026

Closing date: Monday 12 October 2026, 11:59pm

 

No prior experience required – we’re looking for enthusiam, curiousity and a willingness to learn. An interest in ceramics and arts and culture is also desirable.
