The next edition of the British Ceramics Biennial will run from 6 September to 19 October 2025
The 2025 British Ceramics Biennial will spotlight leading contemporary ceramic artists and introduce work by fresh new talent. Spode Works – the post-industrial site of the original Spode factory in Stoke Town – will be animated by exhibitions, screenings, talks and events, shining a light on Stoke-on-Trent’s industrial heritage and creative spirit.
Hot on the heels of Stoke-on-Trent becoming a World Craft City, and in the year that the city celebrates its centenary, the 2025 Biennial will bring together a dynamic programme of free exhibitions, screenings, talks and events.
The 2025 British Ceramics Biennial programme will be presented in various spaces across the Spode Works site, drawing on Stoke-on-Trent’s rich industrial past.
