The Staffordshire University exhibition presents a talented cohort of artists, designers, makers and researchers who bring focus to contemporary ceramics through their creative practices. This platform presents new graduates from the BA (Hons) Product, Design and Ceramics and MA Ceramics courses at Staffordshire University and a Staffordshire research scholar.
The showcase celebrates the rich range of individual practices being explored at Staffordshire University and within the unique context of industrial ceramic heritage in Stoke-on-Trent. Through their work, the exhibitors highlight the extraordinary opportunities to progress in practice provided by Staffordshire University. The new talents have gained expert input and support from a range of industry manufacturers and world-renowned historic collections in Stoke-on-Trent. Having received guidance from leading designers, researchers, technicians and artists their curiosity, passion and skill have been tested, encouraged and enriched.
This exhibition takes place as a partnership between British Ceramics Biennial and Staffordshire University.

The Staffordshire University student exhibition is in All Saints Church, ST1 3HH, which is open 7 days a week from 10am-4pm. The biennial runs from 23 September – 5 November.
There is free on-site parking, entrance off Leek Rd.
